Restoring our Foundation

We must restore our foundation.

“..and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand..” Matthew 7:25-26 (NKJ)

Our problems are rooted in the fact that we, as a nation, have turned to the godstate and away from God.

How can we reclaim and restore what has been lost?

1. We must take a stand on the principles of godly government which means NOT supporting anyone no matter which party they represent when their actions and views are contrary to that.  Big government is by definition, ungodly government because it takes over the responsibilities of church, family, and individual.

2. NULLIFY the national, no longer federal government by taking a stand at state levels.

3. Support conservatives and root out the national socialists at state level where, because they are closer to we the people, it is easier to know them and to make an impact.

We must educate, teach and convert concerning our inalienable rights, our Christian roots and the concept of proper government according to Romans 13… no king but King Jesus.

We would need volunteers to research candidates in their states and localities and we would have them sign a pledge to nullify any and all unconstitutional actions by the federal government. We can work with other groups like the tea party, citizens united, freedom works etc….

We could have pledges for voters to only vote for candidates who meet the criteria of a Godly government candidate in words and deeds in every other situation write in none of the above. There will never be ANY change in the leftward march as long as we fall in line for the establishment. NEVER… they are laughing at the enablers.

We MUST restore our foundation or it does not matter who is in office… we will continue down the road to serfdom. The political paradigm will continue to be pushed farther and farther left.

We the people must understand the PROPER role of the different levels of government, civil, church family and individual. Even most Christians do not understand that government has taken over the dominion of God.

This would be a long term project and I cannot do this by myself, but I believe it is the only way to reclaim and restore our nation.

History shows that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin and John Adams and many others of our founding fathers established America as a Christian nation. Here are some of the recorded references of what they really said:

“God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever”. – Thomas Jefferson, 1781

“Suppose a nation in some distant region should take the Bible for their only Law Book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited…What a paradise would this region be!” – John Adams, 1756

“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.” – Chief Justice John Jay, October 12, 1816

With all this, President John Adams stated, “The Bible is the best book in the world,” and President Thomas Jefferson stated, “The Bible is the source of Liberty”

As President Eisenhower and later President Ford stated, “Without God there can be no American form of government nor an American way of life. Recognition of a Supreme Being is the first impression of Americanism. Thus the founding fathers saw it, and thus with God’s help, it will continue to be.”

The historical record is clear. America is a Christian nation. As President Ronald Reagan once said, “If we ever forget that we’re one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
